what size should i choose?

For single doors, 60×85 cm is the most popular. For wider entrances or double doors, choose 85×150 cm. If you want extra logo impact in lobbies or reception areas, go 115×180 cm or 150×200 cm. View area, door swing, and clearance—leave a few cm around edges for a clean fit.

will i see a proof before production?

Yes. After you place the order (and even if you used the live preview), we email a mockup for approval. We don’t print until you confirm. Unlimited revisions for layout, scaling, and alignment.

You can also get a free mockup before ordering.

how long does it take to receive my mat?

Once you approve your digital preview, your mat goes into production.


For most EU countries, delivery is completed within 7–10 days from design approval.

For Cyprus, the delivery time is completed within 15-21 days.

Can you match my exact Pantone colour?

We match as closely as the print process and mat substrate allow. Provide Pantone/CMYK/RGB codes or your brand guide for the best result. Minor variation vs. screens/textiles is normal.

What logo file should I upload?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal. A high-resolution PNG with transparent background also works. We include basic cleanup; if full redrawing is needed, we’ll confirm before proceeding.

Will the mat fit under my door?

Our indoor mats are low-profile with a thin nitrile backing designed to clear most door swings. For tight thresholds, check door clearance or message us—we’ll help you choose the right size/placement.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, a 2-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Proper placement and cleaning are required.
