Routine Care
Vacuum regularly – daily in high-traffic areas, weekly in lower-traffic spaces
Brush or shake the mat outside to remove loose dirt and grit
Wipe or spot-clean spills promptly with a mild detergent and water
Deep Cleaning
For heavier soiling, take the mat outside and hose it off on a suitable surface
Use a mild detergent and a soft brush if needed, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear
Allow the mat to dry completely before putting it back into service (hang or lay flat to dry)
Important Notes
Do not machine wash or tumble dry
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach or petroleum-based cleaners
Do not use a high-pressure washer at close range, as this may damage the surface

01 Can I wash it?
Yes. Vacuum it day to day, run it through a commercial launderer, or machine wash up to 49°C. Because the fibres are solution-dyed, the colour holds through repeated washes.

02 Will it hold up to heavy foot traffic?
Yes. The pile is high-twist, heat-set nylon that resists crushing, and dirt filters down into the mat instead of sitting on top. The nitrile backing is compression-molded with reinforced borders on all four sides, so it won't curl or crack. It's made for entryways, lobbies, and front desks, and it carries a 2-year warranty.

03 Won't a cheaper mat do the same job?
A PVC-backed mat costs less up front and shows it: the edges curl and crack, the pile flattens and fades, and some leave marks on hard floors. This one is nitrile-backed, colour-fast, washable, and built for heavy traffic.

04 Is it actually eco-friendly, or just a label?
The yarn is ECONYL regenerated nylon: 100% post-consumer recycled, cutting nylon's global-warming impact by up to 90% versus virgin material. The backing carries up to 34% recycled content and is phthalate-free, and the textiles are OEKO-TEX certified. Real figures you can quote to your own customers.
