  • 01 Will I see a preview before you print my mat?

    Yes. Once you place your order, our design team prepares a digital preview with your logo placed and sized correctly, and sends it to you for approval. You can request unlimited revisions until it's exactly right — we don't start production until you give the green light.

  • 02 How long until I receive my mat?

    Production and delivery times are counted from the day you approve your preview. Most EU countries receive their mat within 3–7 days. Cyprus deliveries take 2–3 weeks.

  • 03 What file format should I send for my logo?

    Any format works — .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg, .png, or .jpg are all fine. Just send what you have and we'll take care of the rest at the preview stage.

  • 04 I have a recessed mat well in my floor — can you make a mat to fit?


    Yes. If your entrance has a built-in recess where the mat sits flush with the surrounding floor, get in touch with us before ordering. We'll guide you through measurements and the right specification so the mat fits properly.

  • 05 How do I clean it?

    Regular vacuuming keeps it looking sharp day to day. For a deeper clean, the mat is machine washable — the 100% recycled PET pile and nitrile rubber backing are built to handle it without losing shape or colour.
